3% 5% Discount T&C

1. Eligibility

This campaign applies only if all conditions below are met.

The following orders are not eligible and will not generate a discount voucher:

• Auction orders
• Component sales
• Services
• Orders using other promotions, discounts, or back-end rebates

2. Voucher Generation Rules

The discount voucher is generated based on the current invoiced order, provided that the order meets all campaign conditions.

• Discount value: 3% 5% of the current order value
• Voucher type: The discount is issued as a voucher and can only be used on the next eligible proforma/order, according to the eligibility rules in Point 1
• Maximum voucher value: €3,000 per order
• Voucher validity: 30 days from the invoice date

The voucher is not applied to the same order that generated it. It can only be used on the next eligible order.

3. Voucher Usage Rules

To use the voucher, the next order must meet both conditions below:

• The total order value must be over €5,000
• The total order value must be at least 10 times the voucher value

Example:
If the voucher value is €1,000, the next order must be at least €10,000 to use the voucher.

4. Payment and Pickup Rules

To generate and keep the voucher valid, the original order must respect the following deadlines:

• Payment: must be completed within 3 working days from the day the order enters production
• Pickup: goods must be collected within 5 days from the moment the goods are ready for pickup

If payment or pickup is delayed, the voucher will be cancelled.

5. Returns

If products from the original order are partially or fully returned, the voucher value will be reduced accordingly.

If the return affects the eligibility of the original order, the voucher may be cancelled.
